Last.fm is a wonderful program for music lovers running windows (and it's also available for Linux and Mac users).

I love the way it lets me either discover new music or listen to my own music when I'm away from home. Just set it up, put your user name in and get going. Premium membership costs only 3EUR a month, which is well worth it in my opinion.
